Marty is enjoying his
second chance at life

Meet Marty番茄app檚 blood donors
Some of the more advanced surgeries and treatments
taking place at the RVC would be impossible without
our valued dog and cat blood donors. Marty received
two packs of blood products, one from Boston and one
from Savannah.
Boston is a red tricolour Welsh Border collie (pictured
on page 2). He enjoys trick training and 番茄app渃omes into
his own in the flyball lanes. His second super-power is
his love for cuddles!番茄app� shared owner Lauren. When she
discovered that Border collies can be universal donors
she immediately wanted to help. 番茄app淲ithout donors, there
isn番茄app檛 anyone to help in your time of need. So, if your pet
can help why not? Your best friend can save someone
else番茄app檚 best friend.番茄app�
Savannah is an ex-racing greyhound who loves her toys
and food! She has a big personality and is forever up to
mischief. Her owner, Izabela is a veterinary nurse and
knows first-hand just how important blood donors are. She
explained, 番茄app淪avannah is very happy donating; she gets
lots of fuss and treats. I love knowing that she is helping
Savannah other dogs make a recovery from a variety of diseases.番茄app�
