What evidence do I need to support my application for special exam arrangements?
·¬ÇÑapp¢ This should be up-to-date ·¬ÇÑapp“ within the last 12 months for medical conditions
·¬ÇÑapp¢ Educational Psychologist reports should be detailed and include subtest scores from the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS). This should have been completed after you were 16, to ensure it is an adult-based test.
·¬ÇÑapp¢ Medical information should be on headed paper and written by a suitably qualified medical professional, such as your GP, Consultant, Psychiatrist or other medical professional
3.7 Living Accommodation
The College·¬ÇÑapp™s residences are located in both North London, near to the Camden Campus and in Potters Bar, on the Hawkshead Campus.
When applying for accommodation, it is important that you state any particular needs on the application form, or at the earliest opportunity. Without prior knowledge about a specific need, the College may
be unable to allocate suitable accommodation later on in the process.
The table below indicates the facilities available in the Halls of Residence, however if you have specific requirements, like use of a private fridge to store medication. You should state this on your accommodation application form.
The College also has limited access to University of London halls of
residences. Details about these residences and their facilities can be viewed online via the University of London Accommodation pages at: http://www.london.ac.uk/accom.
College Close comprises 11 independent houses in a quiet cul- de-sac for up to 6 people sharing. Each house is fully equipped and furnished, has ample bathroom facilities with a separate coin operated laundry and refuse area closeby. An internal telephone is located in each house.
It may be that as a result of a disability or medical condition you require specialist equipment in your room. The Residences are happy to enable use of these items. However, you should notify them of large items, like an orthopaedic mattress, to ensure that the dimensions of your room can fit them.
